great location comfy bed small room bad smell
the location was great. everything was within walking distance, and the metro was close (very convenient for getting around). the room was modern and i appreciated the bed and pillows.
my room was smaller than i expected from the photos. there wasn't much space to open my suitcase, and the hangers were not useful for longer clothes. there was a bad smell, maybe from old pipes (it wasn't necessarily because it wasn't clean).

excellent location comfortable bed helpful staff basement lockers
The location was excellent. I was one block from the subway and walking distance to many restaurants. the beds were comfortable. the staff was helpful. Claudia especially was great. it was easy to check in. lockers are in the basement. I secured my belongings until check-in.
My room was much smaller than i expected. There was little space to lay my open suitcase. the hangers were useless for longer clothing items. there was an unpleasant smell, likely from old pipes.

The lockers located in the basement offer secure storage before check-in or after checkout. each room included air conditioning that worked very well. This regulated the temperature. the beds were a good size and comfortable.

Tirso de molina metro station is near the hotel. It offered easy access to transportation. many restaurants and local bars are very close to the hotel. some major sights are accessible by walking.

friendly staff great advice modern room comfortable bed
the staff were friendly AND accommodating. they gave great advice ON navigating the city AND must-see attractions. the rooms felt modern , clean , AND well-equipped. the bathroom AND shower were excellent , AND the bed was comfortable , ensuring a restful sleep.

Decent location , some drawbacks
helpful staff locker service tea selection street noise disturbed sleep unsafe area
The staff were helpful. I appreciated the locker services. I left my bags before check-in. The room included a kettle plus tea , coffee , and water. These were replenished daily.
My room was on the entry floor near the street , so it was noisy at times. This disturbed my sleep. The area did not always feel safe late at night.

speedy wifi helpful staff
i found the staff helpful. the lockers in the lower level allowed me to store luggage easily. a bakery across the street was a bonus for quick breakfasts. the speedy wifi was useful for planning my days.

temperature regulation hallway disturbances
The temperature regulation proved troublesome despite the air conditioning unit in the double room. i found maintaining a comfortable climate challenging. This impacted my sleep quality! the lack of sufficient soundproofing was also evident. hallway disturbances frequently intruded into the room. Loud conversations and door closures were commonplace.
